PLEASE NOTE: Unique Landscapes by Griffin honors the following schedule for non-emergency warranty maintenance: 30 days, 6 months, 1 year and 23 months after project completion. During the weeks that follow completion of your project, we strongly suggest thorough inspection of materials, workmanship, and utilization of equipment / systems (grills, lighting, irrigation, etc). ULG will contact you via email approximately 30 days after the completion of your project to address any items that may need attention. We require that multiple warranty items be submitted during this time to ensure all claims can be addressed during one site visit. Upon completion of Unique’s 30 day warranty call, we will not return to the property for non-emergency warranty claims until the next scheduled 6 month warranty check.
