While our guys are out in the field working hard, we have another team working equally as hard in the office ensuring Unique Companies runs like a well oiled machine. From CAD Design to Office Management and from Warranty Resolutions to Marketing Solutions, our office staff is friendly, hardworking and here to make sure all project requirements and needs are handled thoroughly and professionally from start to finish. Enjoy a little bio on each of our office staff members:

Drew Nelson, CAD & Design Manager – A Graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s in Industrial Design, Drew has 6+ years in the landscape and design field and has excelled at the Design aspect. Behind his extensive knowledge of AutoCAD and Pool Studio, he can create anything a client could imagine their backyard to become. Drew also handles all permitting for each project. Originally from Boston MA, he has brought his “east coast” work ethic to the desert, and helps make Unique landscapes one of the most premier pool and landscape companies in Arizona. He always looks forward to turning your backyard into a “Unique outdoor experience”.

Charles Daye, Construction and Warranty Coordinator – Charles has 8+ years in the Pool and Landscape industry. He started off in the industry as a sales designer, and then decided to get more of an understanding of the construction side of the industry, so he became a field superintendent. The past few years he has been a project manager working out of the office full time. Working on the sales and construction side of the industry has benefited Charles greatly, especially when it comes to working with our customers, and when it comes to understanding the different aspects of our projects. He has been an employee with Unique since 2009, and like a couple of our other employees, is from the Midwest. Charles handles all of the warranty for Unique, reviews all contracts and designs, and prepares all job files so they are ready for construction. Charles also coordinates all swimming pools from start to finish, and assists in the coordination of the landscaping.

Debra Ferguson, Marketing & Office Manager – Debra brings a wide range of experience to Unique. She has 15 years experience in marketing and advertising. She has a strong background in graphic and web design as well as corporate branding and small business management. Debra is also originally from Massachusetts and shares Drew’s work ethic! Must be something in the water out there!
