Carlo Papazian & Chris Griffin (Unique Owner) have been working together since 1998. Mr. Papazian brings propably the most construction experience to the table, over any other Unique designer. With a strong construction & hand-on background, Carlo has the advantage over most landscape & pool designers – simply because he knows what can be done, how it works, and the problems that one can encounter during construction.

With this experience, he can truly offer the best advice for his clients – not only from the design side, but the construction side as well (which is a rare asset in the landscape & swimming pool biz.)

Winn Pool & Landscape (view) – Incredible backyard in North Phoenix that contains an freeform pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and lots of travertine pavers. This project was unique because it involved removing an old pool, to make way for the new one!

Chung Pool & Landscape (view) – A beautiful negative edge pool in North Scottsdale. This backyard paradise sports some incredible outdoor living, swimming pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, firepit, fountain, and some amazing views!

Tarlian Courtyard (view) – Courtyards are a great place to enjoy some frontyard living – which is why this Scottsdale courtyard project is so neat! With the addition of a waterfeature, fireplace, raised planters & pavers, Carlo’s clients enjoy their fabulous new front courtyard.
