One of the first aspects of outdoor pizza oven construction is determining the size of your oven. Some of our standard pizza ovens start at the 32″ to 36″ size. This interior dimension allows for fast heat times of 35 to 45 minutes, and still allows for the cooking of 2 – 10″ pizzas at the same time. Since pizzas can cook in under 2 minutes in a wood burning pizza oven, this makes an incredible outdoor evening with friends, family & loved-ones!
