Unique has done many landscape and pool projects for the residents of the highly popular Arcadia area in central Phoenix. Arcadia is a few miles from downtown Phoenix, which makes an easy commute. It’s view of Camelback mountain are spectacular – and Unique’s Arcadia landscape designs showcase these views. The challenges in Arcadia are the existing pool & landscapes – making most of our projects a landscape or pool remodel. On many occasions, we have completely removed old swimming pools & patios, installing our new cutting-edge swimming pools and spas. Arcadia District’s largest challenge is working with the utility companies for gas & electrical upgrades.

Unique has dealt with many projects on electrical upgrades, gas additions, and exterior house remodels – our specialty is coordinating all of this on our landscape & pool projects. Every project in the Arcadia District poses it’s unique and individual challenge. The “value” that Unique offers is the assistance of our owner – Chris Griffin – who continues to use his engineering background & problem solving skills for every Arcadia project. Unique frequently works with the Arcadia Water District in challenging flood irrigation situations, rerouting or relocating flood outlets & piping, and general overall grading & mounding for flood irrigation.
