This entertainer’s dream showcases a one-of-a-kind swimming pool & spa that anchors the entire backyard with gorgeous views from all areas of the house. Multiple waterfeatures, spillways, and fountains highlight this huge waterfeature/swimming pool. The spa is perfectly centered in the heart of the backyard and elevated to gain a peak at some of the incredible mountain views & sunsets that Phoenix has to offer. The “entertainer’s” area contains a custom BBQ grill, fridge, bar seating for 4, and custom travertine tile countertops! After a morning round of golf, the fireplace “perch” is the fitting end to any brisk winter day, and if you didn’t shoot that well, then you can get a few practice putts in on your very own putting practice green! The patios are a complementary blend of tumbled/chiseled travertine pavers and colored concrete with plenty of space for tables, chairs, and seating. Take a vacation in your own backyard!

This incredible backyard was put together for the Richardsons in Anthem, AZ – it has almost all aspects of exterior landscaping, swimming pools, and construction – with an emphasis on OUTDOOR LIVING! From fire & water, to relaxation and entertainment, this backyard has it all. The freeform swimming pool sports an incredible rock waterfall & slide, while the main waterfeature accent runs all the way across the back of the pool (showcasing Unique waterfeatures and raised tile walls).
The outdoor kitchen area is an entertainers dream, while the sunken firepit & swimup bar creates the perfect space for both summer backyard parties, and chilly Arizona evenings. The spa, which is centrally located, provides the perfect perch for anytime of year, allowing the Richardsons to just sit back & enjoy the Arizona lifestyle! Splash pads, artificial lawn, and outdoor lighting are all added to make this one of the best backyards in Anthem!

This incredible backyard showcases a very free form pool & spa combination with a raised wall in the back of the pool that contains some decorative pots & waterfalls. The decking around the pool is a rich “slate” flagstone coping that portrays a very natural feel for the backyard. The 8′ raised spa sits nicely @ 18″ high, and contains a 2″ bullnose travertine coping which makes a nice smooth decking & area to sit on the edge of the spa.
The remainder of the landscaping contains a secluded firepit & built-in seating area, lots of plants, trees, pots and color, and a outdoor kitchen area, grill & raised bar. There are lots of neat features that complete this incredible backyard located in a great area of Gold Canyon, AZ.
